Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Every transaction runs over an SSL-encrypted connection and card details are never stored on our own servers.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum order value. Customs and import charges are not part of the price you pay us. Where they apply, the carrier collects them from you on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 4 to 8 business days, so your order typically arrives within 5 to 11 business days in total. You receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.
My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?
Check your tracking link first, it shows the most current status. Still no parcel 11 business days after you ordered? Email support@neatjo.com with your order number and we will send you a new item free of charge, exactly as described in our Shipping Policy.
What is Neatjo?
Neatjo is a home and lifestyle store carrying clever essentials for your kitchen, home, storage, garden, pets, and kids, all shipped free across the United States.
Is my personal data safe?
We never store card details on our own servers: payments are handled by certified providers over an encrypted connection, and we use access controls to protect the data we do hold. No online store can promise absolute security, so our Privacy Policy also explains what we do if something goes wrong.
Where do you ship from?
Every item travels to you straight from our supplier in China. That is also why delivery takes 5 to 11 business days in total.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we deliver to US addresses only. More regions may follow later.
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return, as long as items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Just email us to get started. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns go to our supplier's return center in China, so a return is an international shipment and usually costs around $20 from the United States. We never charge a restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you do not have to send it back at all: we ship you a new one free of charge.
What if my item arrives damaged or is the wrong one?
Send a photo to support@neatjo.com within 60 days of delivery. We send you a new one free of charge and you keep the original, so there is nothing to ship back. Would you rather have your money back? Then we refund the full amount instead.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible on request. Reach out and we will arrange it together.
When do I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Your bank may need a little extra time to show it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not shipped, yes. Email us as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it for you. If we cannot ship your order within 5 to 11 business days, we email you with a new expected date and you can accept that date or cancel the order for a full refund. If we cancel or decline an order you already paid for, you get the full amount back on your original payment method within 7 days.
