Our return window

Your return window runs for 60 days, counted from the day the courier delivers your order.

Condition of returned items

Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. That way we can process your return quickly and without discussion.

No restocking fees

We never charge restocking fees. What you paid is what we refund.

How to start a return

Send an email with your order number to support@neatjo.com and we will guide you through every step, including the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping method, so your package can always be traced.

Exchanges

Prefer a different item instead of a refund? Exchanges are possible on request, just mention it in your email.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
