Shipping at Neatjo is meant to be predictable: no fees at checkout, clear timelines, and a tracking link for every order. Below you find exactly what to expect from the moment you place an order until the courier reaches your door.

Free delivery across the United States

Every order ships free within the United States. All carrier costs are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. At the moment our carriers deliver to US addresses only.

Delivery times

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Transit time: 4 to 8 business days
Total delivery time: 5 to 11 business days

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday to Saturday, are taken into processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off move to the next business day.

Tracking and updates

As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow every step from our warehouse to your doorstep. During busy periods or severe weather a shipment can occasionally take a little longer than usual. If that happens with your order, we keep you informed along the way.
